TUITION DEADLINE — If you intend to pay 2010-2011 tuition through FACTS, please remember to set up your new FACTS account NO LATER THAN May 15. Thank you to all of the families who have already completed this process.

Please be aware that your FACTS account will soon be ‘finalized’ by Lauren Bizzell, the school Business Manager. This finalization process will charge the annual $41 start-up fee to your account.

Payments in full are due to the business office, either in person of via FACTS, no later than July 1, 2010.

Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School uses the Private School Aid Service (PSAS) to evaluate financial aid eligibility.

• Applications must be submitted no later than February 28, 2010.
• Applicants will be notified of financial aid awards with the letter of acceptance.
• No aid will be awarded to families which do not submit an application to PSAS.
• Non-Catholic applicants are not eligible for financial aid.
• The OLA Catholic School code for the PSAS online application is 8850.

PSAS will not make the online application available until early February. Paper copies can be picked up from the Business Office.

PSAS Worksheet: In order to allow families time to gather the necessary documents, a copy of the paper version can be printed as a worksheet so that data can be entered once the online version is available.
