Corporate Matching Gift Programs are an easy way to double or triple your Annual Fund gift.  Usually all that is required is the completion of a simple form verifying your donation.  Most corporations have the matching forms on-line for you to download, and some corporations ask you to apply directly on-line.  If you have any questions about your company’s corporate matching program, contact your employer’s Human Resource or Benefits Department.  OLA School is a non-profit school with a 501 (c) (3) status, and can furnish whatever documentation is needed to qualify for the match.
